Our Second Sustainability Report
Building on the baseline set in our inaugural report, our FY2025 sustainability report provides a comprehensive overview of our sustainability performance across projects and operations in Singapore, covering the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025. With two consecutive years of disclosure now complete, we are able to track our performance against our FY2024 baseline and sharpen our focus on the areas that matter most.
Key highlights include:
- Energy and Emissions Management: In our second year of emissions reporting, we continued to track Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, enabling us to monitor year-on-year trends and identify purchased electricity as a key priority for reduction.
- Water and Waste Management: We maintained site-level metering, monthly monitoring, and waste segregation practices across all project sites, while continuing to strengthen our resource-efficiency measures as construction activity progressed.
- Occupational Safety and Wellbeing: We sustained a strong safety record across our active project sites, with our performance recognised through the WSH Performance (Silver) Award and multiple SHARP awards.
- Green Procurement: Suppliers continue to be screened for green credentials such as ISO 14001 and the Singapore Green Label, with materials like Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) and eco-friendly wall finishes prioritised through our Approved Vendor List.
- Innovation in Sustainability: Our sites continued to deploy electric dumpers, solar-powered systems, and energy-efficient equipment, including R32 inverter air-conditioning, Energy Star-rated devices, and LED lighting, to reduce our environmental footprint.
- The report was prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and aligned with the GHG Protocol for carbon reporting.
